The Venturi Tribe supported a biopolymer architecture contract research organization in identifying industrial organizations with unmet R&D challenges. We contacted industries and open innovation leaders, mapped needs, established relationships, and supported technical briefings through to contract signature. The work generated more than €800k in contract value within 12 months, across domains including cosmetics, agriculture, carpet, and paper coating.
