The Venturi Tribe worked with an SME active in ion implantation and physical vapour deposition to identify and validate new market opportunities. We connected the company’s technology portfolio to unmet industry needs and initiated co-development trajectories. The result: 39 paid POCs sold, representing more than €200k, and two co-developments evolving into commercial sales, estimated at €500k per year.
